Giving Pat the title of "real estate professional" is such an understatement. It is limiting because she is the one-stop shop for Everything! Her resources are endless!
I reached out to her not even knowing if I was financially able to buy the home that I wanted. I just didn't know where to start and heard so many great things about Pat. When we spoke, I could sense that she really care. When I told her how much money I had in the bank, she wasn't soo much into the money that she turned me away (you know those agents...the ones who want to know how much you have to spend and if it isn't high enough then it isn't worth their time). Instead, she said let's see what we can do and referred me to the most amazing mortgage banker so I can sort through the numbers and come up with a timeline to close.
